Board and Committee Membership

Year 2021-22

 

Members are elected to the Boards at an AGM and normally remain in post for three years.

With the exception of the Association’s Estate Manager, all Board and Committee positions are honorary.


General Assembly Board

Responsible for Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings of the Association

Fiscal Board

Responsible for overseeing the financial, tax and accountancy matters, and for reporting on balance sheets, accounts and budgets.

Management Board

Responsible for the conducting and managing the affairs of the Association, promoting the interests of owners and representing the Association in matters which relate to the majority of owners
